职位要求：
1. 3-7+ years industry experience in semiconductor test or design as well as Agilent 93,000/PinScale ATE Mixed Signal Testing.
2. solid experience with failure analysis of digital and analog circuits as well as DFT methodology experience.
3. possess reliability study experience (HTOL, ESD, Latch-up) as well as device physics knowledge.
4. exposure to Scan Stuck At test methodologies.
5. Delay Fault testing and Root Cause Analysis as well as new product development/introduction are a plus.
6. NOTE: This position involves work on IC's, not system boards.
7. Education: BSEE
