职位要求： Requirements:
Master degree or above in EE;
Minimum 3 years working experience in Power managerment, especially in DC-DC conterver;
Understand the spec correctly, lead to optimized solution of schematic designing;
Familiar with the principles of DC-DC Converter system;
Be able to design and verification the blocks independently, make sure the output of the blocks satisfy the meet of the system;
Be able to test the performance of products, familiar with the test equipment in the lab;
Good communication skills and cooperative spirits;
Outstanding ability of self-management and attain goal under pressure;
